To get the XBO Card, you need to pay a one-time $12 card issuance fee. There are no additional costs associated with the card itself.

Yes, you may be charged fees by third-party providers for certain services or transactions. These fees are determined and collected by the third-party providers directly and are not controlled by us.

Cash ATM withdrawals are not supported with the XBO Card.

If the card issuer detects activities like bulk refunds, cancellations, failures, or chargebacks during card usage, the card will be frozen, and a fee of $10 will be charged per occurrence. If the overall transaction failure rate exceeds 20%, the card will be automatically frozen.

No, there is no charge for adding funds to your card. You will only pay for the conversion to USD.
