Your questions answered

To open an Earn account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Earn tab on the menu at the bottom of your screen. Clicking on the tab will display a grid of available products, along with basic information such as whether the product is fixed or flexible and its Annual Percentage Rate (APR). Each product is clickable.
2. Select a product to open the Start earning page, where you can specify the conditions and the amount you wish to invest.
3. Once you've made your selections, click Start earning.

Information about your active earns will be available in the My Earns list.

To top up your Earn account:

1. Go to the Home page.
2. Click the Top up Earn button located on the right side in the middle of the screen.

To top up existing flex Earn:

1. Go to the Earn tab.
2. Select the Earn you want to top up from the grid.
3. Click the Earn more button in the middle of the screen.

To open or top up an Earn, please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the corresponding currency in your spot account.

To terminate an existing fix Earn:

1. Go to the Earn tab
2. Select the Earn you want to terminate from the grid.
3. Find the Earn more button in the middle of the screen.
4. Click the Contact support link located below the button.

You will receive reward from your Earn account based on your active Earns and the following configurations:

• Flex Earn: Daily reward is calculated based on the minimum balance of the previous day (00:00 UTC). The first reward is paid on the 2nd day of subscription after 00:00 UTC.
• Fixed Earn: Reward is calculated based on the holding amount of the previous day and forward (00:00 UTC). The reward is paid at the end of the period after 00:00 UTC.

Information about your active earns will be available in the My Earns list.

The Earn Flex Bonded plan allows users to earn daily rewards like regular Flex plans, but with an unlock period after cancellation. Funds can only be withdrawn after this unlock period ends, and no rewards are earned during the Bonded period. However, rewards will continue to accrue on any remaining balance if only a partial withdrawal is made.

If you cancel an Earn Flex Bonded plan, the funds are locked for a set period. If you withdraw part of the funds, rewards will continue to accrue on the remaining balance. If you withdraw all funds, they will become available after the unlock period.
